Merrill Lynch

In June 2015, I began work for a high-performing financial advising team at Merrill Lynch, now a subsidiary of Bank of America. Drawing upon my experience with phone service and sales at the University of North Texas's Advancement division, I began reaching out to over 200 potential clients per day. I used my copywriting background to compose a customized script, and this script has helped me deliver qualified leads to the team. While the content of the script is proprietary and I can't share it here, I can say that it did its job; I was able to maintain control of the calls, qualify prospects and deliver them to our team.
